Biblical Grid Mission Statement

The people serving on the Advisory Board of this website have been involved in conservative and Christian advocacy, politics, lobbying, education, and elections for four and five decades - and some more than that. We are often asked questions like

BiblicalGrid.com tries to help answer those questions - and more.

First, what we are not. BiblicalGrid.com is not intended to cover breaking news. Look at the Contrarian News Sites we list on our homepage for that purpose.

Second, we are not limiting ourselves to what believers have written. Just as Jesus explained that "the stones would immediately cry out"if "these should hold their peace" (Luke 19:40), God continues to use unlikely people to carry His message to His people need to hear. We will link to lots of articles that we may disagree with in some respect, but which contain some insight that at least some of God's people need to receive.

And, breathe easy, as we are not attempting to promote any particular theology. We know that many of the people and organizations linked to on this page have been at odds, from time to time. As has been said: "When two believers disagree, it is more likely that both of them are wrong, than one of them is right."

As to what we are, we believe in the inerrancy of Scripture, and its application to every aspect of our lives. We have numerous different denominations and views reflected in our little group, but we are united in the person of Christ.

And while Scripture tells us that Holy Sprit-led believers "have the mind of Christ," (I Cor. 2:16) we need to work together (Prov. 15:22; Prov. 27:17) to learn how to navigate a corrupt world system, dominated by the "prince of the power of the air" (Eph. 2:2) who "is a liar, and the father of it" (John 8:44). It is our hope that this website helps us all see truth (John 14:6 John 18:38) in a fallen world, as we must "Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment" (John 7:24).

As A.W. Tozer counseled: "Among the gifts of the Spirit scarcely one is of greater practical usefulness than the gift of discernment. This gift should be highly valued and frankly sought as being almost indispensable in these critical times. This gift will enable us to distinguish the chaff from the wheat and to divide the manifestations of the flesh from the operations of the Spirit."

One of the other reasons that this website was begun is that the screws are being tightened by the establishment on Christian and conservative websites, to prevent them from speaking truth. For example Restoring Liberty, published by Joe Miller, was covering stories on transvestites and pedophiles, and has been banished from Google's ad network, and suspended by Facebook. Other organizations are being de-monetized or even dropped entirely from YouTube. We hope that BiblicalGrid.com will be one continuing source of important information, not dependent on Google, Facebook, or YouTube.

If you would like to join our joyful band (Neh. 8:10), check back in when you can, and please share or post the link to www.BiblicalGrid.com. Our plan is to have an insightful Article, our latest Brief, a dozen or more important and revealing Top Stories, and some original material. The bottom portion of the website is organized into subject categories, including primarily links to important websites, but also links to useful background resources. If you sign up for the email list, we will send you a notice when the site is updated.

And if you use the Contact Us feature, please feel free to suggest whatever is on your mind: favorite Bible verses, favorite quotations, articles to post, links to add, books to promote, and even testimonies. We look forward to hearing from you.

Many Blessings.
